Engineering for the space you have.

Symtech Global Pvt Ltd is based in Noida, India. We develop mechanical parking projects from layout through manufacture and installation, and select and supply security and access equipment. Our work brings the equipment, the building and the people operating it into the same plan.

02 · How we build

Built to an agreed design.

Fabrication partners supply the steel sections and cut and bent parts. We machine pins, rollers and chain anchors in-house, press bearings and assemble chains, then send the sub-assemblies to site for final assembly. Purchased hydraulics and controls are checked against the bill of materials.

03 · Installation and handover

Checks you can witness.

Our stack parking installation procedure includes five checks witnessed by the customer, covering the anchors, frame alignment, hydraulics, electrical safety and load trial. Each is signed before the next stage starts.

  1. 01

    Check site readiness

    Check the foundation, available height and power, and confirm that the delivered parts match the bill of materials.

  2. 02

    Verify the anchors

    Set the anchors and carry out sample pull-out tests before erecting the frame. The customer witnesses this check.

  3. 03

    Assemble the frame and platforms

    Check and record the alignment of the posts, then fit the sliders and parking platforms.

  4. 04

    Connect and inspect

    Install the hydraulics and controls, then check pressure, earthing and electrical insulation before operating the system.

  5. 05

    Test and train

    Run no-load cycles and a full-load trial with calibrated weights. Handover includes operator training, a spares kit, as-built drawings and the signed checklist.

Delhi-NCR is the home market: Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad and Gurgaon. Installations in Symtech's gallery run from Punjab to Maharashtra and Jammu. An 11-car puzzle system is also in manufacture for a private residence in Stamford, Connecticut, with remote installation support in the project scope.
