What this site collects, and why.
Short version: only what you type into the contact form, plus the address of the page you arrived on. No advertising cookies, no analytics scripts, no third-party embeds.

Contact form
When you send an enquiry we receive what you enter: name, organisation, role, email, phone, site location, your message, any file you attach, and the page you came from including campaign tags in its address. We use it to answer the enquiry and, if you agree by ticking the box, to contact you about it by email or phone. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Where it goes
Enquiries are delivered to Symtech's enquiry mailbox or customer-relationship system and kept for as long as the enquiry is open and for up to three years afterwards for follow-up and record keeping, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Attachments are kept with the enquiry.
Browser storage
The site keeps the address of the page you first landed on in your browser's session storage so that, if you fill in the form later, the enquiry records how you found us. It is cleared when you close the tab. The site sets no cookies of its own.
Server logs
The hosting provider records standard access logs (IP address, page requested, time, browser type) for security and operation. These are kept for a limited period by the provider.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent to be contacted, by writing to sales@symtechindia.com. We answer within 30 days.
Changes
This notice describes the site as built. If a form, analytics tool or embed is added, the notice is updated before it goes live.
